Abstract

Sarcoidosis is a systemic disease with unknown etiology, which presents in a various organs in the body, mostly lungs. Histologically non-caseating granuloma formation is accepted as pathognomonic for diagnosis of sarcoidosis. Sarcoidosis rarely affects urological system. Sarcoidosis of bilateral epididymis causes oligospermia. Here, we present 25-year-old patient diagnosed with lung sarcoidosis 2 years ago, consulted our clinic with pain and stiffness in the right testicle for a year and recently in the left testicle, and treated with testis sparing approach with light of current literature.
